A much regretted impulse get, seduced by the colour and styling of the device which complimented my kitchen area, and the once trustworthy name Moulinex. The illustration on the front of the box, of gaily colored sliced and grated vegetables persuaded me now was the time to begin that diet regime. I realized I had an efficient but outdated fashioned grater in the kitchen but this was an fascinating gysmo backed up by technologies it just experienced to be better and quicker. It proved to be a load of garbage. The motor a hundred and fifty watts I suppose is sufficient but most of the cutters are very inefficient boardering on useless. I have utilised this machine twice. It is excellent at slicing corgettes and cucumber (so is my kitchen knife) and it produces wonderful grated cheese and carrots (as does my grater). Interchanging cutters for various greens is messy and time consuming. I have assorted how significantly force I apply to some cutters and vegetables but the outcome is just the same, a wet mush is slowly created. The last skinny piece of a vegetable will often not go by means of the cutter and, like onions, will clog the equipment necessitating taking almost everything to pieces. And then there is the cleansing up and washing afterwards, the time expended is laughable in contrast to rapidly washing a classic grater. I will of program leave this machien displayed in the kitchen area `cos it seems to be great and makes me seem great, but ahead of guests get there I will have been utilizing the classic grater which can barely be bettered.
