The only downfall with this item is that the recipes are in either French or German and they do not do them in English.

I Acquired THIS Solution IN JANUARY OF THIS 12 months AND Identified IT Very Difficult TO USE. AS IT TOOK Very A Robust GRIP TO LOCK THE GLASS IN WHICH AS I AM Really Aged IFOUND Difficult.Even so I COPED AND Found IT Worked Alright BUT NO Much better Genuinely THAN A Typical LIQUIDISER BUT ON THE Best YOU Had Another Part THAT YOU Experienced TO UNLOCK AND LOCK TO Cleanse IT WHICH WAS ALSO Quite Hard AND WHEN A Relationship BROKE ON THIS Element I Despatched IT Back again AND Asked A Substitution Element THEY HAVE Absolutely Dismissed MY Request NOT EVEN BY ANSWERING MY E MAIL SO ALL IN ALL Certainly WOULD NOT Advocate THIS Solution AS IT,S NOT ALL THAT AND WITH NO Following Support IT,WAS A Complete Squander OF MY Funds .i

Did not realise that none of the instructions or recipes would be in English, also only had a 2 pin plug on it. That apart the equipment performs properly.
