Kenwood kMix BLX510 (pink) – lid issues

I invested a little a lot more than I experienced budgeted for and purchased this blender – looked beautiful. Nonetheless, when it arrived we identified we couldn’t get the lid off! The jug has two lids: an outer red lid and and inner lid. I couldn’t get possibly of them off my husband managed to get the outer lid off but he could not get the inner lid off. We called buyer solutions and have been advised that the lid was tough to get off in the 1st instance and we must hold trying and when we managed to prise it off, it would get less difficult! I told them that my spouse was a sturdy man and we were anxious we may crack the jug as the interior lid was proving really hard – I was told that this was a issue and men and women did fret about breaking the jug. I certainly failed to want to battle with the lid every single time I produced a smoothie and requested for a refund.
