Effortless to use

First I must emphasize the quality of the merchandise. Large glass pitcher and a heavy motor unit makes this blender stand on its own when you try to blend ice and fruits. You never have to hold it down like my previous plastic Moulinex blender. It has four effortless to use plans, and it has a slow begin.

Kenwood kMix BLX510 (crimson) – lid issues

I put in a tiny much more than I had budgeted for and acquired this blender – seemed lovely. However, when it arrived we found we couldn’t get the lid off! The jug has 2 lids: an outer crimson lid and and inner lid. I could not get either of them off my husband managed to get the outer lid off but he could not get the interior lid off. We known as client solutions and have been advised that the lid was hard to get off in the very first instance and we need to maintain attempting and after we managed to prise it off, it would get less difficult! I instructed them that my partner was a robust gentleman and we were concerned we may well crack the jug as the inner lid was proving very tough – I was told that this was a difficulty and individuals did worry about breaking the jug. I definitely did not want to battle with the lid every time I made a smoothie and asked for a refund. Two limited fitting lids is certainly in excess of-engineering a blender (following all we ended up not acquiring a cement mixer!!) – this product was a enormous disappointment.
